Frequently Asked Questions
We know every yard and every client is different. Here are some of the most common questions we’re asked about our services, payments, and scheduling.
When do I need to pay for my services?
Payment is required before work begins, unless arranged otherwise. We accept cash, credit/debit card, and direct deposit.
NDIS and Home Care clients can be billed through their plan managers or providers.
What if my yard is large or overgrown?
No problem. We’re equipped for large and overgrown properties. Some jobs may require extra time or multiple visits to restore the yard properly. We’ll always assess the job and provide a clear quote before we begin.
Do you take away green waste and clippings?
Yes, we can remove all grass clippings, branches, and green waste as part of your service.
For regular maintenance visits, most clients prefer us to take everything away to keep their property neat and accessible.
If you have your own green bin or compost area, we’re happy to leave clippings on-site instead — just let us know your preference.
For larger clean-ups, storm debris, or tree removal, additional disposal fees may apply. We’ll always discuss this with you upfront before starting the job.
Do I need to be home when you come to service the property?
No. As long as we have safe access to the yard, you don’t need to be home. Many clients choose to leave gates unlocked or provide key safe access. We’ll always confirm arrangements before the first visit.
What happens if the weather is bad on my scheduled day?
If weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to complete your service, we’ll contact you to reschedule as soon as possible. We aim to keep delays minimal and communication clear.
Can I get a quote over the phone?
No. We need to see your property in order to give an accurate quote.
Do I need to be home for my quote?
No. As long as we can access your backyard and your pets are safely secured.
How often should I book yard maintenance?
That depends on your property and the season. Many clients choose weekly or fortnightly visits during warmer months, then reduce frequency over winter. We can help you set up a schedule that keeps your yard in great condition year-round.
