Payment Policy

We aim to make payment simple, transparent, and stress-free for all clients.

Private Clients

Payment is required prior to the commencement of service unless otherwise arranged. Once a booking is confirmed, we’ll issue an invoice with secure payment options. Services are scheduled once payment has been received.

We accept: Cash, Credit or debit card (via secure online invoice), Direct deposit.

 

NDIS & Home Care Package Clients

For clients receiving support through the NDIS or Home Care Packages, we can invoice directly to:

  • Plan managers

  • Support coordinators

  • Approved care providers

We’ll work with your plan manager or provider to ensure services are aligned with your funding and invoicing requirements. Regular maintenance schedules can be arranged in advance for easy planning and continuity of service.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee.

  • Repeated short-notice cancellations may affect future bookings.

 

Late or Missed Payments

If payment hasn’t been received by the due date, a reminder will be issued. Services may be paused until payment is made or an alternative arrangement is confirmed.
